Dr. Showkat Ahmad Dar, from Handwara, Jammu & Kashmir, holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from Annamalai University. He has earned multiple M.A. degrees and a B.Ed, and is an active columnist in J&K newspapers. Committed to academic writing, he has published 40 research articles in national and international journals and authored four books.
