Dr. M. Kavitha

Assistant Professor

I am Dr. M. Kavitha, Assistant Professor of History, working in The Standard Fireworks Rajaratnam College for Women, Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, India since 2013. I have published my research articles at national-level seminars & conferences (15 Papers), and international (7 Papers) Journals. I presented a paper at an international conference in Pattaya, Thailand, in 2019. I was actively involved in research and served as Principal investigator in a Minor Project funded by the University Grant Commission in 2015, and worked as Project Field Investigator in the Major Project funded by ICSSR in 2013-15. I acted as a Peer Team External Member for Academic Audit in G.T.N Arts College (Autonomous), Dindigul, and a BOS member of Lady Doak College, Madurai, Sri Meenakshi Government Arts College for Women (Autonomous), Madurai. My accomplishments in SFR College include being Staff Club Secretary, Deputy Hostel Warden, Coordinator of the College Students’ Union, Coordinator of Parents Teachers Association and Student consultant & Member of the counseling program.
